A 29-year-old female presents with blurred vision in the right eye for one week. Past medical, family, and social history are all unremarkable. Visual acuity is 20/50 right eye and 20/20 left eye. Intraocular pressures are 15mmHg in both eyes. Examination is normal with the exception of the posterior segment of the right eye which is as seen in this photo. What could be happening?
