Quiz: History of Ptosis Since Birth

A 39-year-old female presents with a history of ptosis of the right upper eyelid present since birth. Corrected visual acuity is 20/80 right eye and 20/20 left eye. She has no history of trauma or ocular surgery and after finishing a complete eye exam, it is thought that the reduced acuity of the right eye is secondary to amblyopia.
