History: A 25-year-old female presents with complaints of residual strabismus following prior strabismus surgery at age 3 years (thought to be a left recess/resect procedure for XT). She is also known to have a history of amblyopia of the left eye. On examination, best-corrected visual acuity is 20/20 right eye and Counting Fingers at 6 feet left eye. Ocular motility is as seen in the 9-Gaze photo collage below. What could be happening?
