Infiltrates as seen in first picture also are not typical and they indicate infection

In this particular case, we know that the delle are present in the immediate postoperative period following strabismus and in my experience, these are not always perfectly clear but I agree, one must always be cognizant of infection. Treating with a combination of lubrication and antibiotics would be quite reasonable.
