A 15-year-old female presents with gradual, painless loss of vision in the left eye over the past 2 months. She also complains of daily headaches, which are worse at the end of the day. Her vision is 20/20 in the right eye and 20/200 in the left eye. There is no afferent papillary defect. Anterior segment examination is within normal limits. Dilated fundoscopic examination and wide field fluorescein angiography of the left eye are shown in the photos.
