An 89-year-old female presents with complaints of a painful, red left eye. She also notes decreased vision in that eye. Slit-lamp examination is as seen in this photo. Additional findings in the affected eye include moderate cells, moderate flare, endothelial precipitates, and an IOP of 40mmHg. The chamber angle appears to be open. What could be happening?
Thank you, a great refreshment and correction.
