Quiz: Slowly Worsening Vision

A 46-year-old woman complains of slowly worsening vision in both eyes over several years. Her deceased mother also had similar symptoms without diagnosis. Her best corrected visual acuity is 20/200 in right eye and 20/70 in left eye. The corneal findings are shown in the image below.
