  1. Good review for someone who doesn’t see this everyday. However, there was no explanation for the white dot, and the case is titled, “white spot”. Perhaps I missed this. Is it endothelial deposition?

    1. The “white dot” referenced by the patient and the “white spot” case title are both referring to the patient’s white, cataractous lens. It was this observation and the blurry vision which caused the patient to present for the evaluation.
