Surgery: Anteriorization of an Inferior Oblique Muscle in an Eye with DVD

This is a reoperation on the right eye of a child who had some residual inferior oblique overaction and Dissociated Vertical Deviation or DVD in that eye. This child had previously undergone inferior oblique recession on the right eye and inferior oblique anteriorization on the left eye. The surgeon performs an anterior transposition on the previously recessed inferior oblique muscle.
