This is an Ahmed Valve Implant surgery in a 10-year-old boy with an advanced glaucoma in left eye. The glaucoma may have been caused by steroid use and uveitis, probably caused by juvenile idiopathic arthritis. The tube was placed through a scleral flap and it was covered with a donor pericardium.
