TASS IS THE INCORRECT ANSWER.
ALSO DIFFICULT CATARACT, DENSE, SMALL PUPILS ETC CAN LOOK LIKE THIS POST OP.
Thank you for your comment. I would consider TASS to be a subgroup of non-infectious endophthalmitis. It would be atypical for infectious endophthalmitis to begin within 24 hours of surgery. While I agree that a complicated cataract with postoperative inflammation can also present looking like this, this particular case was a normal, uneventful, uncomplicated surgery.
