This course will cover key topics, such as basic gender concepts, global and regional legal frameworks, and gender inequities in eye health, with a particular focus on developing countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Upon completing the course, participants will be empowered to integrate gender mainstreaming strategies into public and eye health systems, promoting sustainable and equitable practices.
