Follow this guide to quickly access your Cybersight Transcript and save a digital copy of your Cybersight certificates. These simple steps will help you download your Cybersight certificates and submit them for CME/CPD credit.
💡 Check Your Eligibility:
⚠️ You must have a registered Cybersight account to receive your Cybersight certificates. If you do not have a Cybersight account, please create a free account here first.
For Cybersight Live Webinar certificates:
If you attend a Cybersight Live Webinar for at least 80% of the scheduled time and you have a Cybersight account, you will automatically receive a certificate of attendance 24 hours after the webinar ends, available only in your Cybersight account.
For Cybersight Online Course certificates:
If you complete a Cybersight online course with a final examination score of 80% or higher, you will automatically receive a Cybersight course certificate in your Cybersight account.
📝 Instructions
1. Log in to Cybersight at https://account.cybersight.org/
*If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” to receive a One-Time-Password (OTP) code to reset your password.
*For live webinar attendees: If you did not have a registered Cybersight account by the end of the webinar, email us at [email protected] with (1) the name of the webinar that you attended and (2) the email address you used to attend the webinar, before proceeding to the next step.
2. Click on the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Click “Transcript”.
4. You have now accessed your Cybersight Transcript. You can find all the Cybersight certificates, including webinars and courses, that you have earned. Your Cybersight certificates do not expire. Click “Download” to download or print your certificate.
*We recommend having a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat, to successfully download and view your certificates. Utilizing a PDF software will ensure that all data fields are properly listed on your Cybersight certificates.
*If you do not see your webinar or course certificate automatically, there may be a slight delay. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours to ensure that your certificate is awarded. If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours, please email us at [email protected].
5. Congratulations, you have successfully downloaded your certificate!
*The image above is a test certificate. Each of our certificates includes the (1) user’s name, (2) the name of the activity and associated hours, (3) the date awarded, and (4) a unique certificate ID.
📖 CME/CPD Credit
Once you have downloaded your certificate, you are more than welcome to submit your Cybersight certificates to your regulatory body for CPD/CME credit consideration.
