Why did you want to become a Cybersight Mentor?

Being a Cybersight mentor is a truly meaningful experience. It allows us to share what we’ve learned over the years with colleagues worldwide, and to learn from them in return. When we support each other, we strengthen eye care everywhere, ultimately benefiting the patients and families who depend on us. Cybersight provides a space to connect, ask questions, exchange ideas, and build confidence together. For me, mentoring is a way to give back to our global ophthalmology community and be part of a network of individuals who care deeply about helping others and preventing avoidable blindness. It’s fulfilling, collaborative, and reminds us why we chose this profession in the first place.
