About Me:
Medical education has been the focus of Dr. Fredrick’s academic life. He has served as ophthalmology residency program director at Stanford, UCSF, and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he currently serves as Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education. He has participated as a volunteer faculty member with Orbis International for over 25 years, serving over 20 FEH and HBP programs. He specializes in pediatric ophthalmology, focusing on strabismus in adults and children using adjustable sutures and botulinum toxin, pediatric cataracts, and treatment of amblyopia.
