About Me:
Dr. Cantor is Professor Emeritus at Indiana University and the Founding Director of the Glaucoma Service at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has served on the faculty for 40 years, serving as the Chair of the Department for several years until 2019. Dr. Cantor also served on the Board, Executive Committee, and as Secretary for Education for the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In addition, Dr. Cantor served on the Board, Executive Committee, and as Chair of the Council for the Accreditation Committee for Graduate Medical Education in the United States. For many years, Dr. Cantor has served as an examiner and mentee for the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Why did you want to become a Cybersight Mentor?
Being a Cybersight Mentor has allowed me to learn at least as much from those who contact me as I have been able to mentor them. It is very much a two-way experience, where I have learned a great deal.
