  1. Your first question and answer are incorrect. This is an intraconal tumour and is not a pleomorphic adenoma. Also a lateral orbitotomy in the last question is incorrect as the tumour is located medially and a lateral approach means crossing the optic nerve.

    1. Agree, the answer to the question states that this lesion is indeed intraconal and therefore UNLIKELY to be a pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland. In the images, the tumor is clearly seen to be INTRACONAL, situated within the rectus muscle cone lateral, superior and medial to the optic nerve.

    2. I think you might have misunderstood the question. If I remember correctly, they were asking for what it was least likely to be…
