A six-year-old girl presents with a history of having a “white bump” at the “edge” of her left eye as seen in the external photos. Vision is 20/20 (6/6) in each eye, motility and alignment are normal. Cycloplegic refraction is +0.50 spherical in each eye and the posterior segments are normal on dilated fundus exam.
