A six-year-old girl was presented for examination with a history of having a “white bump” at the “edge” of her left eye. Vision was 20/20 in each eye and motility was normal. Refraction was + 0.50 sphere in each eye and the fundus was normal.

thank you actually I had a patient last week with limbal dermoid two month of age, I advised the parents not to interfere with surgery till she is at least two years of age with clinic visits to asses her case since their is no evidence of pupil involvement and retinoscopy did not reveal marked astigmatism affecting her vision .
Thanks alot.
