Agree, the answer to the question states that this lesion is indeed intraconal and therefore UNLIKELY to be a pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland. In the images, the tumor is clearly seen to be INTRACONAL, situated within the rectus muscle cone lateral, superior and medial to the optic nerve.
